To protect your launch timeline and maximize ROI, we split our engagement into a Two-Week Strategic Sprint followed by an Ongoing Execution Phase.

- Competitor Vulnerability Matrix: Strategic blueprint on how to aggressively target market share from competitors suffering from high hardware costs or negative auto-billing reputations.

Phase 1 Financials
- Strategic Investment: NRs 30,000 Total
- Milestone 1 (Commencement): NRs 15,000 upfront to initiate the audit and diagnostic sprint.
- Milestone 2 (Delivery): NRs 15,000 upon presentation and delivery of the final Strategic Roadmap.
Timeline: 14 Business Days from asset delivery and initial payment.
The Growth Guarantee Clause: We are committed to a long-term partnership. Should you approve the Strategic Roadmap and retain our agency for the subsequent promotion phase, the entire NRs 30,000 strategy fee will be waived and credited directly back into your initial month’s digital marketing retainer budget.
3. Phase 2 Preview: Campaign Execution Retainer

Upon approval of the roadmap, we transition seamlessly into active market acquisition utilizing our specialized ad management architecture.
Package Inclusions (Self-Credit Managed Architecture)
- Platform Management: Full deployment and optimization across designated ad networks.
- Creative Assets: Design, adaptation, and copywriting for up to 15 regular performance posts and 3-4 specialized campaign creatives per month.

Phase 2 Financials
- Agency Management Retainer: NRs 50,000 / month
- Third-Party Ad Credit: Funded and managed directly via the client’s credit profiles (to maintain complete asset ownership and financial transparency).
4. Immediate Requirements to Begin
To initiate the 2-Week Strategic Sprint, the following items will be required from the Braincast Technology team:
- Test Credentials: Sandbox/test account access with full unlocked access to premium features and the Parent Guidance Portal.
- Historical Data: Baseline metrics on current organically driven downloads and premium conversion rates (if available).
- Remittance: Advance sign-off on the proposal and payment of the Milestone 1 invoice (NRs 15,000) to commence the sprint.
