The Rule of 1

Before you reach NPR 1 Crore in revenue, you only need:

  1. One Product.
  2. One Avatar (Customer).
  3. One Channel (e.g., Facebook).

Dilution kills startups. If you have 500 followers on Instagram and 200 on LinkedIn, and you start a Podcast… you now have three dead channels instead of one growing one.

Own the Rails

When you build on TikTok, you are building on rented land. Always move your audience to your Email List. That is the only land you own.
